Guy who looks like a tool and is wearing TINY SHORTS AND FANCY, FANCY SUNGLASSES: closeted boyfriend/husband!
Toss in a the fact that the half-naked man changes outfits as much as the talent, and I believe we've got a very specific interpretation here.
