Norway has always been a little odd. Of course, this isn’t a bad thing, especially when it comes to making bizarre songs about chicken rodeos. This song could easily become a quirky, country-flavored hit like “Save a Horse, Ride a Cowboy” (#56 US Hot 100, #11 US Country) or “She Thinks My Tractor’s Sexy” (#66 US Hot 100, #11 US Country)*.
